What will you do?
As a Transport Leader at DSV, you play a key role in ensuring our production delivers the highest quality. In this role, you are responsible for leading and planning the daily operational work for the drivers in your area. The role suits you if you enjoy a combination of leadership, administrative planning, and problem-solving. A crucial part of your work is communication with colleagues and employees to optimize both staffing and vehicle load capacity.
As a Transport Leader, you have personnel responsibility for about 15 drivers, which includes everything from motivating and inspiring your employees to recruitment, performance reviews, and other follow-ups. You report to the Transport Manager Stockholm/Mälardalen. The work is based at our office in Örebro, which is adjacent to our terminal.
We believe you have:
- Experience in transport management.
- B driving license
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in long-distance traffic is an advantage.
- C and/or CE driving license is a plus.
In addition, you are an engaged person who can make quick decisions and adapt to a changing environment. Collaboration is of utmost importance. You have clear leadership and motivate your colleagues, creating a positive atmosphere at work.
